roundup

RoundUp is a popular weed killer that has been around since the 1970s. Studies found evidence linking exposure to glyphosate, the active ingredient in RoundUp, to many forms of cancer, including chronic lymphocytic leukemia and Non-Hodgkins lymphoma.

The maker of RoundUp has set aside billions of dollars to settle lawsuits claiming that it knew of the dangers of RoundUp. If you or a loved one used RoundUp and has been diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins lymphoma, multiple myeloma, mantle cell lymphoma, kidney cancer or other cancers, contact our office today for a free case evaluation. You may qualify to join a RoundUp lawsuit and obtain a settlement.

pfas

Polyfluoroalkyl and perfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), often referred to as “forever chemicals,” are a large group of man-made compounds used for decades in products ranging from nonstick cookware and food packaging to water-resistant clothing and firefighting foams. Because they do not break down in the environment, PFAS have contaminated groundwater, drinking water, and soil near military bases, airports, industrial sites, and surrounding communities. Manufacturers, including some of the largest chemical companies in the world, continued producing and distributing these substances despite knowing the risks. PFAS exposure has since been linked to serious health conditions, including kidney and testicular cancers, liver disease, thyroid disorders, and other long-term illnesses.

Shower to Shower

Research found that asbestos, a highly toxic substance found close to talc mines, can easily contaminate talcum powder, resulting in ovarian cancer and mesothelioma. Juries have already found Johnson & Johnson, the maker of Johnson’s Baby Powder, liable in several cases and awarded billions of dollars to women that have been injured by its products.

Zantac

The FDA issued a warning that the popular heartburn drug had been found to contain N-Nitrosodimethylamine, or NDMA, a known cancer-causing substance. If you or a loved one took Zantac and then developed bladder, esophageal, pancreatic, liver or stomach cancer, you may be entitled to compensation.

Hernia Mesh

Surgical mesh is a medical device that is used to provide support to weakened or damaged tissue. A majority of the complications with surgical mesh reported to the FDA are associated with recalled mesh products. These injuries can often lead to a lifetime of pain and suffering.

risperdal

Risperdal was approved for the treatment of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Lawsuits claim that the manufacturer improperly marketed the drug, and that the drug can cause gynecomastia in youth.
